I'm passionate about helping individuals feel at home in their bodies, make peace with food, and become their healthiest selves. My approach focuses on practical and realistic dietary and lifestyle changes that are sustainable in the long term.

  • Focusing on mindful eating and enjoying the experience of nourishing your body.

  • Exercising in a way you genuinely enjoy, that energises you and fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.

As an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Certified Health Coach, and Accredited Nutritionist, I understand that health looks different on everybody, and I aim to provide inclusive nutrition support for all.
