Hey! I'm Holly Morrison-McBain.

For most of my life, I've felt trapped; held captive by poor body image, thoughts of inadequacy, as well as an unhealthy obsession with food and exercise. This struggle led to the development of multiple eating disorders, complex health issues, and a disconnection from my body. It affected not only my physical health, but also my mental wellbeing and relationships with family and friends.

But I found FREEDOM.

Now, as an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Health Coach, and Nutritionist, I’m on a mission to help others experience the same freedom. To break free from diet culture, self-hatred, and the exhausting cycle of restriction and guilt. But more than that, I want to help individuals feel at home in their bodies, make peace with food, and become their healthiest selves.

​This means shifting away from diet rules and extremes and instead embracing a balanced, flexible, and sustainable approach to health. Specifically, this involves:​

  • Seeing health as more than just numbers on a scale

  • No fad diets, deprivation, or calorie counting

  • ​Ditching the all-or-nothing mentality

  • Measuring success through non-scale victories

  • Restoring trust with your body and honouring its hunger and fullness cues

  • Building a guilt-free relationship with food

  • Embracing all food groups in a balanced way

  • Creating a flexible eating plan that fits your lifestyle

  • Exercising in a way that feels energising and enjoyable
